Samsung LS34E790C - Curved 34" 21:9 super-wide

Well I'm not sure if that's included or not, but others above were getting pretty close to the line. Just didn't want a lock out on the thread at the precise moment its getting interesting as stock starts to flow. I shall "butt out" on this point now :)

So who else has got one today then?
 
Just received mine but I seem to have been sent the wrong plug in the box. The power brick has 2-pin connectors, but the plug inside the box is a 3-pin connector.

Checked the box for other cables but not finding anything. This isn't normal right? I'll give OcUK a call now. Either that or I'm being stupid.

need more impressions! got my BER form from LG for a refund and looking at this for my next choice but need more than one review.
 
Gave OcUK a call and drove over to pick up a replacement cable for the power brick. All working fine - just playing around with settings!
 
Still have not got mine
DPD saying "

which means it may be getting sent out tommorow

think there could have being a delay tbh due to the Weather !

On the brink of ordering one of these. Could anybody please tell me what Overclocker's return policy is on dead pixels?

OC are £30-40 more than their, er... 'direct competitor' for the Samsung, but having delt with Overclockers very recently with my LG 34" returns, all I can say is their service has been absolutely perfect. So I think I'll stay loyal and buy from them.

Mind you, I can imagine the price dropping within a month perhaps so maybe I ought to wait. I'm just itching to sit in front of a 3440 panel again (they're that good): the Dell 1980x1200 monitor I'm typing this on actually feels like an old timewarp 17" monitor in comparison :)

You dont have to be loyal they are just a business trying to make a profit , you don't owe them that £40
 
What's the coating like on this monitor? I assume it's standard matte anti-glare and if so any signs of the speckled effect present on some AG coated monitors?
