30fps at QVGA and 15fps at VGA i think...still better than the iphone tho

Nah just get the 8GB and get a high capacity card to go with it, works out much cheaper.

i have become worried that i wont get along with touch screen and will miss having keys...

i will have 7 days to decide and be able to send back the phone and im worried that isnt long enough to be able to decide.

anyone put my mind at rest?

The touch screen is fine, i've used my mates tocco for over a week and it is really good. The texting especially!

only if you buy it direct from the company over the phone

it does not apply if you buy it in a shop, as it implies that you can try it in the shop and as soon as you walk out the door you are commited.
