Presumably you mean resolution because the screen size is half way between the touch diamond and the iphone...

Apparently the resolution makes reading websites without zooming in near impossible, but apart from that doesn't have too much effect on functionality.

Sure it has more features than the iPhone but I'll stick with it for a while yet. Mostly because the interface actually works and you look so much more cooler with Apple kit than you ever could with Samsung especially running Windows!

this is the trouble with the iphone, loads of fools who think a gadget makes them look l33t.

i think the Diamond blows both of them out of the water personally, the screen on the HTC kicks butt.......the Raphael will just reinforce it further as i'm a keypad fan :)
 
I had the diamond for 2 weeks and had windows mobile devices for 5 years previous.

The diamond for me was terrible. I put on the latest roms etc but it was still a pain to use. The screen although very nice just seemed too small to use as a decent PDA.

Windows mobile just doesnt seem to have progressed. The flashy touchflo 3d interface is just a poor skin laid on top. It doesnt even link to your contacts!

The battery life was beyond a joke as well!

So.......I got an Iphone, what a revelation!! Amazing, apple should design all interfaces.

The capacitive multi touch screen on the Iphone is a joy to use, all phones should have this especially the diamond!

This is the 1st apple device I have owned.
 
it might have more screen real estate but the phone has way too many shortcomings, after all this time and all they can add is 3G and A-GPS.

iphone is just another triumph of form over features yet the masses of sheep camp overnight handing out their cash for a crippled fashion accessory, the world is a joke :p

it does work tho, which is much more than what can be said for other touch phones.

I am still waiting a good WM phone which can be used as easily and as well as the iphone.

I hope the Omnia delivers or I am just going to get the iPhone.

Lets face it, all touch phones are going to be reviewed against the iphone whether thats fair or not. Nothing yet has come close to the usability of the iphone.

I do agree that the iPhone lacks features, but it more than makes up for it with its OS.
 
i just spoke to orange who said they are testing it at the moment and cant confirm one way or the other when / if they will be getting it,, but

he said he cant imagine any reason they wont get it and when they do come in he (orange phone operator) wants one

he said at a guess will be about 3/4 weeks.....
