My Dad used to be pro weed having grown up in the 60s but after spending 10 or so years working with youths/young adults he saw first hand the impact it was having and has now reversed his position. Having said that it should still be made legal if only to remove some of the crap that gets thrown into modern weed making it way stronger than it should be.

Anyway, on topic they're now looking for 4 black men dressed in black. Well good luck with that. I suppose the best outcome is that they are caught, Sasha recovers and reflects on her position. Can't see that happening though.

Sack people just because they have a positive test?! That's nonsense. I understand sacking someone if they were intoxicated whilst on the job but what people do in their own time shouldn't be punished.

There are thousands of guns out there, if a gang wants to find them it will get them. Or they revert to a knife. Or a car. And so on.

This is a culture problem, but no one wants to talk about it.

The last person here that I would want to disagree with is you, but what he actually said was this, it appears to me that all he’s saying is that he doesn’t agree with anything BLM, presumably meaning the discord and rioting that they’re known for, not that black lives DON’T matter, or that he disagrees with black people per se.

so she was blm then? movement or organization? I don't agree with anything blm but you shouldn't have to die over it I suppose.

If you work in construction which has a zero tolerance drink and drugs policy, you may be sent home that day with a warning if you fail. However repetitive behaviour will find you sacked.

So six or eight pints on a night and fail a drinks test on site the next day, or a few spliffs is the same issue. Do what you like in your own time within reason but if it impinges on your work time you can get the old heave ho.

I didn’t say it was exclusively a black cultural problem did I? You just jumped to conclusions. There’s clearly a gang culture that’s explicitly more prone to violence than before, turf wars, drill music and so on.
