Saturday 8th December Boxing! **SPOILERS**

Don't watch boxing much at all but I enjoyed the fight last night.

It's funny, I was told by many people that Mayweather is a cocky sod and that I should be supporting Hatton all the way (Nationality doesn't bother me, I'm an Arsenal fan :p) yet after watching I can conclude there was only one arrogant so and so out there and that was the freaky looking pale guy with the scary voice. Tried to get every excuse under the sun in his after-match interview and kept taking digs at Mayweather.

You got out-classed and knocked on to your back son.

I Think he means weight not location..
I think it woulda been different.

Although.. you could try gettin knocked out for the first time.. in a massive Las Vegas fight.. in front of millions.. and try and not let your pride break.

Watch the post fight conference.. Ricky was very complementary to Mayweather..

Full Welterweight was too much to ask..

7lbs wouldn't make a squat of difference. Even at 140 the result would be the same no doubt.

Are you under the influence of some mind altering drug or something, haven't you watched the pre-fight programmes, or any of Mayweathers previous exploits, if you have, then you couldn't have written that.

As for Hatton afterwards, I suggest you watch the interviews again.

But will Witter want the fight? There has been rumours that Witter will fight the winner of the Malignaggi bout.

Hopefully Hatton doesn't go and fight someone like Torres, there is nothing to gain from fighting him (apart from the WBO title).

Hatton v Rees maybe? Definitely not a fight that I'd like to see but relations between Warren & Hatton haven't been bad in recent times.

Or if Golden Boy get to choose a fighter then it would probably be someone like Demetrius Hopkins even though he really isn't that good.
 
Floyd "money" Mayweather was in a different class to hatton. Mayweather is just the best pound 4pound boxer in the world ricky just tried to ko him but mayweather skill and power just was in a diffferent league to him. WELL DONE MAYWEATHER
 
I think the ref ruined his rhytm, really didn't like what he was doing. That is not to say Mayweather won it unfairly though but it would have been a better fight if the ref was not constantly inbetween them and talking to Hatton every 2 seconds.

After the 3rd round I think, Mayweather just kept connecting with a punch to the face in each round and eventually one will KO you and it happened.

He's just one fast guy, well done Hatton though it was a good fight overall.
 
Now its over, is there any where online I could watch the whole fight start to finish? Legal of course

And not youtube, I would like a good quality source if possible

Watched the Amir Khan fight, and he absolutly battered that other guy! Brilliant to watch, well played Amir!

Now if I could just see that Ricky Hatton fight Id be a happy man... :)
 
Brilliant fight, but if the ref had intervened as much it would have been better and if Ricky had gotten in and done what he wanted to do he could have done a lot more damage.

Mayweather was the better boxer, but you could tell Hattons heart was in it, he was not for given up.
