Saving Sessions / Demand reduction thread

You reduced power by 5.092 kWh compared to normal, earning you 2448 octopoints. (That's £3.06)

I was on holiday in St Lucia but managed to activate export mode whilst on the beach :D

Would have been mainly grid units after the session so real benefit will be a little lower than stated.
(plus 15p export for exports but less 26p for imports from around 8pm ish)
 
Not quite as good here, but my baseline will have some export in it already, but I didn't need to import any.

You reduced power by 4.449 kWh compared to normal, earning you 2136 octopoints. (That's £2.67)

And I also earned £2.03 in export payments

Smashed it.

naaah my battery is not big enough and TBH i cant be bothered with the organisation of doing it as this time of year it cant make it to my cheap 11:30pm slot as it is. Just making sure it has enough capacity in there each day to cover me from 3pm - 8pm is as far as i go. also given the finite number of charge cycles in the battery (its only 3.5 years old and already down to 90% SOH) i dont see the point in forcing it to discharge.

No idea, but nothing seems to have changed on the spreadsheets, nothing updated on the other forum I'm on either.
 
Last saving session, everything turned off except fridge, went out for 2 hours (was going out anyway) and made a grand total of 5p
 
Last winter there were 15 saving sessions and we'd already had 8 by now.

I think they're as good as dead now unless we get a prolonged spell of calm, dull and cold weather at some point in Jan/Feb.
