I've had this square sausage on my one and only trip to Scotland. It went amazingly with my English mustard and tomato sauce.

Lots of blackpudding mushrooms and beans and I'm happy. Fried onion and hash browns are also preffered.

Has to have square and link too. Bacon crispy.

I thought I would hate haggis, but it was actually ok, kinda like spicy (aromatic, not hot) sausage meat.

Black pudding is too gross for me.
