You should find another liveaboard in Egypt. Apparently the waters and reefs are incredible at the moment because they've had a lot of recovery time from the lack of tourism. I read the quote "it's like diving in the 80's again but with modern equipment".
Bonaire, although nice and probably pretty relaxing, seems to offer more basic reef dives for the novice or the not so confident.
Almost like the learners pool
That's the impression I get anyway.
Aruba - Wrecks
Grenada - Deep wrecks and only just been scouted....
Same company, two different people, one dealing with Grenada idea, the other Aruba..
Danielle is more forthcoming with info than her Dad though so I think Aruba has it. \o/
BOOKED Aruba
Flying out on Friday. for 9 days
Nothing like last minute bookings
Double what I was going to be paying to go to Egypt for 7 but meh, cheap(er) hotel called Talk of the town Beach Club"
The tripadvisor reviews are worrying though and it's quite literally right next to the airport when you look at google maps of the place, so could be a bit of a let down.
Don't care really though as I'll spend most of the day on the boat.
DAN Insurance renewed
Holiday insurance done
NCP booked

You know I said somewhere "not too low rent"
Yea I think that not having hot water unless you waited 5 minutes , every view out the window was a building site and the fact it was situated within two mins walk of the very end of the Runway..... I think that classes as too low rent for my liking.
What a ****hole
Booked myself into the Radisson up the road instead.
Now the holiday can begin!
OMG the SS Antilla is an absolutely awesome wreck. And a wreck it truly is, it's in bits!
Loads of swim throughs and alley ways and other "sections" to get in and grub around without feeling like you're entering somewhere you might never come out of.
Absolutely beautiful.
Stingrays, Morays, Nudis, lion fish, groupers the size of a kitchen table and shoals and shoals of juvenile fish darting here there and everywhere.
You must do this wreck if you're out this way!!!
