Next door might be family.
In any case, we need closure. OP needs to go interview the owner, find out the value of their house and how old they are. Bonus points for sadface photo in front of their trapped car
And if they rent or own.

It's the Vauxhall Astra VTOL edition.
Would it fit between the posts if they lifted the fence and concrete panel out?
Seems an extreme security measure for an Astra
I doubt it's SORN though. Why would you bother keeping a SORN Astra, it's not like they are even remotely rare or exotic.
My next door neighbour kept a broken down PT cruiser in his back garden for two years. Obviously didn't mature into the classic he thought it would.
The whole front panel looks like its coming away from the frame, so i think the fence just lift up and off
I reckon they just wait till next door nip out then drive over their garden and pretend nothing happened, the trampoline is there to cover tyres marks. They would just move the trampoline? Look at the dead grass in the first photo - that's where the trampoline has been and it isnt secured down either.
oh, wait that black gate belongs to next door's garden. This is brilliant lol
I hope that was from a handbrake turn but i suspect they just built the wall after (but again begs the question why?).sorry for the partial hijack, but that pic reminds me of a car i saw when i was away on a training course:

Or more likely they took a little while to shunt it back and forth in there and then put the sofa cushions in front. Probably a going on holiday exercise.
