The ending seem a bit ridiculous.. To make a superhero with that much power is ludicrous, plus the DNA reason behind it was strange to me. Captain Marvels power did not stem from DNA but her absorbing the power of an infinity stone.

Yes the same way magic powers aren't in people's DNA, the same way that Drax tattoo isn't in his DNA, the same way that absorbing DNA wouldn't make you suddenly aware of all your powers (Mantis sleep?!)

And why would you use Drax strength when you have Hulk and Thanos power?

Not to mention that you can't just go around picking up blood on a battlefield and put it all in one big powers vial

Superhero things don't need to be realistic but they need to abide by consistent logic.
