Got to try have a little of everything, a bit for everyone :)

I have many a favourite game not on the lists, but I understand why.

Sonic 3 is in the compilations they released before, like the PS3 etc.. I realise that others have some random favourites etc.. but that was their core offering/branded character etc.. so missing one seems a bit off.

Mine arrived this morning. Unboxed it. Not connected it up yet.
Really have no muscle memory of the pads. I was/am a Nintendo person.

Got mine yesterday. Tiny but well built. I never owned a megadrive back in the day (I had a game gear and a SNES) but enjoyed a couple of hours last night playing Sonic, Street of Rage 2 and Castle of Illusion.

How does this compare to other emulators - for example I got a Sega Megadrive games collection for the PS3 with 40 games, is the emulation with this thing going to be significantly better?

Also the EU and US versions seem to have 3 button controllers whereas the Japanese versions have the 6 button controllers (which cost nearly £20 each if purchased separately) - has anyone bought one of the Japanese versions on e-bay instead of a UK version?

It's about the same. They have found that the CPU is underclocked and on rare occasions can cause a stutter, but the guys who are looking ad modding them have found they can reset the clock and it works fine and sorts that out.

Other than that, it's nice. On a par with NES and SNES Classics. Well above the PS Classic.

Turns out they've found some roms on the machine that have been hidden from the menu.

https://prnt.sc/pget2f - games on EU console (Aladdin, Mortal Kombat II)
https://prnt.sc/pgetbx - games on JP console (Gauntlet IV)
https://prnt.sc/pgetnx - games on US console

C'mon Project Lunar. :D

Does it mean that they were there by Sega and not given access through the menu?

Got a mini mega drive for my gf and we both found it weird that Aladdin and MKII wasn't included. I have both on my original mega drive but still would be handy to have on this device.

Looking forward for Project lunar.
