Well, I say it was a holiday but as I'm unemployed it was really just a break from the normal routine. I can definitely justify the cost of going away though, as money spent for - and during - your jollies doesn't count :p

Thanks TT....am ever mindfull that people can get brassed off and might think they're having tiffys shoved down there throat, but for me they're the best bit, makes it all worth while :)
I never thought i would see the day that i would agree on this point with Mr Halz but he's right....the competition has me hooked too....i am an addict where do i go for help?
 
My rig is all going OK missing my gpu power now haven't played any games for a month now getting car done has taken over free time i have :D

Let me guess....chrome/gtx 460.....more chrome/gtx 470.....decisions decisions.
Can ya not just use excessive amounts of bacofoil for the same effect then you could go tri gtx 480 :D

I was wondering how long it would take you......

It's not very often I get stomped (cough.....) so as a one off I have given the cell a good clean.

One thing before I vacate:

No update yet.......

But plans are afoot :D

Holidays will be over soon which means New Build :D

Will happen in stages as it is gonna be a biggie.....water cooling inclusive :D

But I already have the GPU backbone with two GTX470's and whatever I get to replace the Hybrid.
 
Will you be doing a build log Loudbob? Am on the verge of going water as nothing i do seems to improve airflow and temps, is it going to be the 980x beasty that you itemised a while ago, look forward to that!!

Never thought of doing a build log - but will keep it in mind.

Gonna base it on the Asus Rampage III (Tri Sli with Physx).

As it's my first time with water I shall be using the 920 or 930 (just in case things go wrong) once I am satisfied with the set-up the CPU will be swapped out for a Gulftown - looking at recent reviews I probably will plump for the 980x.
