A quick Google shows multiple articles from multiple different sources stating she will receive legal aid.
It has kept some lawyers employed tho. Not like it has just gone into her pocket
Not the case in the UK though.

She left the UK in 2015.
Since 2015, a lot of people (1-2 million, probably more) have either returned or entered the UK (both legally and illegally), and how many of those are either genuine terrorists according to the UK government and how many are here to cause harm to UK citizens.
She is a very low risk to the UK.
Why have the potential thousands of people wanting to cause harm to the UK NOT had their rights removed?

The answer to your question is because the government (no difference between conservative /labor/lib dems/green) are infested by marxists, and wish to destroy everything and everyone.
The reason why she is on TV non-stop, is because they have picked her to **** her over. So everyone can pretend they have such a stance.

I agree that the Tories are NOT full of Marxists but it is obvious that they along with other parties have moved more left in their policies. How do you explain the current mass migration numbers from the last 10 years?

I've read before folk accusing the Tories of moving to the left. I could no longer vote Tory as I felt they had moved too far to the right - plus the usual incompetence and apathy of too long in power.
Legal migration is up because we have taken so many in - Ukraine, Hong Kong, some middle east. Hardly an overtly left position.
Illegal migration is mostly a mess through incompetence, our inabilty to work with the EU without behaving like they owe us something or working with France because they don't give a monkeys once the people get anyway near a boat.
As for the topic, I don't necesarily disagree with removing her citizenship but it's now got the to stage where the UK can't really go back on the decision without even more protests and riots. One of those things that has developed a momentum of its own.

Which is why enhanced interrogation of naughty folks HMG want answers from is carried out overseas where human rights is considered more of grey area, the boundaries or which can be moved as desired for a small fee.

I don't think that's a left wing position. From a right wing perspective, higher immigration supresses wages which benefits bigger business Tory donors and means more taxes are paid. Globalisation isn't a left wing movement.
Economically we also need more tax payers to pay for the Baby Boomers retiring drawing state pensions and using the NHS

Should definitely get on a migrant boat to blighty is definitely the way to go the chances of getting deported are extremely slim, who'd take her?

Well the 400+ returned ISIS fighters who actually carried weapons and fought against us aren't locked up.
They should be put on a boat and left in the middle of the Ocean.
