Shark Attack - your thoughts?

Thanks for agreeing with me:) exactly "brief" periods (minutes), we can do days on land.

Again I never disagreed with that, I said it was a stupid argument.
Again how about hunting sea birds which can only survive minutes under water?
Or crocodiles that can only survive hours. Or any number of other animals.

Just because tribes created tools and boats to be able to fish, doesn't mean it's natural.

You don't need boats or tools.

But seeing as you think northern and southern land masses are natural habitats. Then you agree that we are allowed to make tools and learned behaviour like fire making.

So which is it?
Is our natural habit parts of Africa only?
Or is it a much wider territory where we need more to survive.

Crocodiles dont survive hours under water;) have you ever seen a croc in Africa? always seem to have their snouts above the water to breath;) only going under for "brief" period to sneak up on prey. and they float awfully well. Humans dont.

As for hunting birds, minutes? more like get in and out as fast as they can.

A Shark attack in Australia turns into a Troll attack at OcUK, idiocy truly knows no bounds on Water, Land or Air it will come and try bite you in the arse. Whoever said 'Never argue with an idiot, they will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.' Was a wise, wise man.

ok i agree we hunt on water, and yes if it was a fisherman getting food maybe it was bad, he was diving for sod all, and the last fella was body boarding, to a shark thats like visiting kfc! . your argument states we hunt so its natural, they hunt to , so natural to them!

Lol, really you should check before posting.

Nile crocodiles can stay submerged for 2nours.

The argument has moved on from that and again this is about natural territory only. Which most certainly includes the sea.

Shark should die, just like if a dog attacks a human it should also die.

We are the top of the food chain for a reason, kill what needs to be killed either for food or to protect.

Would that again be an adapted croc?;) like certain birds?

A voluntary dive normally lasts no longer than 15 minutes, and usual dive times are around 4 to 6 minutes

A struggling crocodile underwater can actually drown in 20 to 30 minutes,

But why are you trying to deflect this thread and its point?

Double standards?
Why can we use tools on one and not the other?

Because fire and water dont mix.

So crocodiles natural territory doesn't include water?
Because they can't eat under water either.

Again silly point and I'm having to keep repeating myself because you can't be bothered to admit you are wrong. Or at least try a new argument.
Who cares about crocodiles!? They are adapted with their huge mouths to catch things in water with.

You're saying that humans are just as natural as crocodiles for hunting in water?

Please.

What exactly am I deflecting?

You do realise we have evolved in a general way, we are good at most things, but excell in only two things, learning and manipulating are surrounding.

Your arguments is like one animal can run faster than us, so we aren't adapted to live on land.
