Probably worth pointing out that these are all pretty much ex pros, rather than the current US national team. They did get a doing from all the other teams in their group though.

Hi Emma. In my experience, women are just as sexist as men; the only difference is that nobody gives a **** about women's football, which makes you cross.
Also - definitely the most important sporting story in the world today. BBC just cannot understand the difference between sport and socio-political, which makes their website even more stupid. I guess they now have a cohort of Gen Z junior editors hell bent on purveying social messages rather than sport.
What makes you think I hate her? I'm just pointing out the shortcomings of her position, since she doesn't appear to also be calling out sexism against men. You've got a lot of hate for a rando on the internet
Sexism against men, in the world of football? What makes you think I hate her? I'm just pointing out the shortcomings of her position, since she doesn't appear to also be calling out sexism against men.
Yeah I think that's a good idea. Just makes it easier to find what you want and quicker. Like clothing, it's seperated out for ease (mens clothing and womens clothing) it isn't all chucked under one big banner. Seems logical to me to do the same with sport.Just wondering whether people think women's sports should be moved onto separate dedicated websites, rather than intermingled with men's sports articles?
This will allow all those people eager to find articles about women's sports to find them very easily, rather than having to sift through a load of male sports articles.
This thread is just as agenda driven given the OP keeps wilfully misinterpreting and misrepresenting things to make a point.Someone was correct about the editors of the pages.... Agenda basesd.
But back to point.
No one cares as its ****
Average attendance for United women is >10,000 which is higher than the average League One attendance and is itself a well attended league.Doesn't take away the fact it's still crap though. Attendances prove it.
Too much football coverage in the UK, Mad Murdoch has seen to that.
My local non league team is £6 to get in and average gate is about 400 people so £15 seems like a bargain tbf.I saw recently on the Chelsea ad boards that they want £15 a ticket for the women's champions league games which to me is crazy, it used to be £5 to watch league games!!!
”Attendances prove it” was a bold statement given you actually knew nothing about them.Fair enough, I must totally be the odd one out then as i really couldn't care less about woman's football. But yes it needs it own section in the BBC rather than forced down my throat.
and ticket prices..Doesn't take away the fact it's still crap though. Attendances prove it.
