I have it at home, I'm not sure what res its in as I was using it on a black macbook a few years back, will dig it out when I get home if no one else post it in the meantime.

Got my RMBP yesterday and set it all up today

Connected to 2 x 30" monitors and it runs the 3 screens flawlessly - incredible machine.

Love it :)

Retina Pro has 2 thunderbolt ports and a HDMI out so can power many external displays.

ahhh.. that would explain it.. shame they dont release a daisy chain thunderbolt display out adapter so I can daisy chain many monitors from the same thunderbolt.

You can do that, but you need thunderbolt monitors, so you pass the TB cables between the monitors (like firewire devices). With non-tb screens the tb connector becomes a minidisplay port so you can have two monitors.

Not quite.

DisplayPort v1.2 supports daisy chaining. So as long as you're using kit that is V1.2 then you can daisy chain.

You need to be aware of the GPU limitations though. Just because DP can be daisy chained it doesn't mean that your GPU is going to happily drive lots of screens.
