Some of the portion sizes in this thread makes me upset. :(

So wish I had a kitchen! Thread makes me hungry and jealous.

Tabasco omelette filled and topped with a spicy mexican sauce made from onion, garlic, tomatoes, honey and chopped Jalapenos. Tasted better than it probably looks.

Presentation has never been my strong point (as you can see!) however heres a dish i made recently. Paprika Plaice with Chorizo and sweet potato wedges with maple cured crispy bacon :)

Had a go at home made Nandos. Just bought some of the cheap chicken wings from Tesco for about £2 and the Nandos hot marinade. Left the marinade on the chicken for about an hour then it spend about 10 mins in the frying pan and finished off in the oven.

I'm a bit of an expert at home made nandos, marinade overnight, cook thighs and legs in oven, baste several times on george forman mmm

never tried frying will give that a go.
