I cooked a pork joint for 6 hours on a low heat

Then I just shredded it with a fork because it was really soft

Then I put some in a freshly baked roll with rocket, tomato and mayo, perfect!

I love Steak & Mushroom pies,Cant seem to come across many of them though they're either Steak and Kidney/Onion or just Steak.

Netto use to do a great family sized frozen Steak and mushroom pie,I cant remember the brand/make of it but they stopped doing them...they were lovely as well. :mad:

It was very tasty and almost melt in the mouth. Some parts were a bit dry however, could have done with a bit more basting I think

Having said that, whip off the tomatoes and I'd devour that in minutes!
