Made some Scottish Tablet last night:
Not for the faint hearted (or diabetics) - the ingredients for this batch were:
2lbs sugar
1/4lb butter
1 can (400g) condensed milk
1 cup full fat milk
1tsp vanilla extract
The pieces are, on average, about 25g and contain approximately 135 calories per piece.
I've bagged some up for the neighbours but I'd better warn them to tie down the kids if they're going to give it to them
