Just noticed, as my mouse is set so sensitive, that 3cm = 19" traveled it could be a while for my first mile. :)
 
i dont think any of us will beat no#1 spot. I am second but easy to catch i only use one system, dont code much only use web/msn most of the time :)

It's certainly not cheating. I typed those keys. The system wants to know how many keys I typed, not how many keys I typed while doing something useful.

Try not to join two different teams, its less fun because you won't be able to compete with people on the other team.

Here's the team you should be joining if you want to compete with other members.

Plus having all members on one team means we can compete more effectively with other teams.

I think it measures pointer distance rather than physical mouse distance...

How?

800x600 on a 24" screen will be the same 'distance' as 800x600 on a 15" screen :/

As far as I can tell nobody knows what it's counting. I've seen other mouse mileage counters and you always had to specify your monitor's measurements. In this I think it's just making up figures based on a standard size. It might be as sophistocated as assuming things like 1280x1024=17", 1024x768=15". However, it could just as easily be assuming we're all using 17" screens.
