It can get quite expensive especially when you start putting GPUS into the loop which i intended on doing if i ever find a block for my card .

Well I have no need to water cool my CPU, I have a 120mm Apache Black running at 600rpm and it keeps the CPU below 60 degrees at 3.8GHz under Prime95.

I'd want to water cool my GTX 680 though which would cost me a fortune to do it in a way that looked nice.

Cheers mate . The cooler is a Silver Arrow with , 3 Thermalright TY147 fans . I have never seen such low temps from an air cooler . I'm at 30 , 27 , 29 , 30 with the ambient at 33 at the moment with a game download on a and a few pages open . Under load prime for 45 mins it never went over 55 . On idle she ticks over at around 27 .

Just had a clean of my desk and PC and have since added a new GPU with a backplate.

Yeah, got it of the MM so trying to get Corsair to replace it atm without much luck so I'll have to memtest each of the 4 sticks in each of the 4 slots which will probably take me longer than the warranty lasts haha. The mother also threw all of the box and packaging it got sent to me in so I'm pretty stuck either way.

On the good side, my GTX 670 goes back for a refund on Friday and I'm thinking of spending the money I get back on a water cooling loop.

Do you have a replacement for the 670? I was about to buy one and got a 7970 instead and saved a fair bit of cash too, I probably could have built a loop out of the money saved and adding about 50 quid.
