Could you mount the cooler with the fan at the front?

Unfortunately not due to the odd shape that is socket AM3, once my braided cables and Alchemy LEDs arrive I'll get some better shots and write up the review.

I've now also removed one of the two hdd cages and the vertical bar that holds the piece of plastic that hides the psu and drive bays. Looks much cleaner without it

I love how you've got that long bit of pipe work going from one rad to the other.

Couple of slightly better pics showing the hdd cage and support bar removed.

Internet cookie to the person that spots what I forgot to do.

Edit: and ignore the shoddy looking fan controller, I have a sythe Kaze Master on its way :)

Well, first I bough some bits...

Then realised I'd forgotten the case...

After a lot of effort I'm happy for now with the cable tidying (first attempt at that, never bothered before).

This is of course, stage 1.

Stage 2 is to get a decent cooler for the 3770K and a buttload of fans.
Stage 3 is to replace all the plain ugly cables (especially the orange SATA cable!) with nice braided ones
Stage 3 is to water-cool the Jeebus out of it - GPU included, keeping to a Blue and Nickle colour scheme and cover-up that red on the Power supply.

Work in Progress.

I built this a couple of years ago, may be time for some upgrades, 780 for starters... however living in Vietnam now, air flow and cooling have been improved out of necessity.....

I also have a little HTPC I built around the same time (2010), still perfect for the job!

This is the current situation with my Nanoxia DS1.

Ordered some braided fan splitter cable and some black SATA cables to match.

Next on the agenda is a new GFX card as my 560Ti died recently and maybe move the HDDs to a different position to improve the intake into the case.
