C650.... Sport!

I actually quite like it. Dead comfortable, nippy enough around town, 50mpg.

Only real problem is the lack of involvement, twist the right wrist and you get max performance without any real interaction. At least on a sportsbike bike you have to balance throttle/clutch/wheelie/fear, and there's always a feeling that you can get more out. On this, twist throttle, "wooo", that's it, done that....

S1000RR not ready today, so I get the scoot for another day.

Nope, but I had a cheeky look at the specs sheet on BMW website. Was thinking it would be around 55, but its actually 60bhp.

It'll also wreck an SV650 until 3rd gear. A CVT has such a huge advantage over a manual 'box it's unreal.

But IC3's SV650 isn't full power, is it

As a 42bhp bike it's probably around 5.5-6 seconds (depending on rider skill) and the C650 is around 6 seconds, not 8, and will be as simple as cracking the throttle open to the stop.
