what do you guys think? (IGNORE the chicken strips :P picture was taken with just 80miles on the clock)
mods on the way are:
arrow exhaust
rear seat cowl
red and black after market levers
led rear indicators
and maybe a tinted double bubble screen

Cheating a bit since it isn't actually mine, but I very nearly put a deposit down on a K1300R after I tested a K1300S (they didn't have a demo R in the shop). But something stopped me, so I'll be sticking to the Bonnie for now. (Though that's not actually my Bonnie in the background!)

I was looking at the K1300R last year fancy one myself kind of marmite bike but with a after market can looks nice in my eyes wicked none faring bike with oodles of power.

I really dislike the look of the S version with the faring just kills it for me.

Yeah, the R is awesome. I can't stand the S version, but it's the same engine and essentially the same bike. Fairing in generally is just a massive fail imho, just not my thing.

I'll say one thing about the K1300S though: it's FAST! Face-meltingly fast. But then, I am coming from a Bonnie...

Good Lord that exhaust!

That's an original factory paint scheme m8, the stickers have been there from brand new.

No no, I know its a factory paint scheme mate :) I was referring to the brembo, bridgestone and all the other stick on company names.... please tell me they're not part of the standard stick on tat... please please :o:p

EDIT!! Google images suggest humble pie time I think!

Exactly the same as mine, except mines a black 11 plate and doesn't have the green "f"......how you finding the mirrors ? From all the reviews I read before buying last April, they were the weakest point and tbh the view from them is shocking. I was thinking about the extenders for them, 40 mm are available on the bay for about £40ish I think but I don't know whether to go for it or not.

yeh they are the weakest point of the bike me being 6'3 i had to buy the extenders otherwise all i could see is my shoulders the extenders are good up to about 60-70 after that the vibration makes it hard to see things (you get a general fuzzy outline) not sure if this is due to the extenders because i had them on from new.
here are the extenders i have not sure if they are the same as the one on ebay (http://www.kawasaki.co.uk/Accessory/Details/3404ABCAAA5?model=ER-6f

but besides that i love it :D

Probably going to visit a fairly local Triumph dealer at the weekend. I know we talked about the Daytona being small a couple of pages ago but I'd like to sit on one just to make sure. Even if I'm a bit too big for them, I'll get to ogle them for a while. :)
