No idea what's up with Murray, he's not eating much at all, just no interest in food. He just sleeps most of the day and doesn't move. He's using litter fine and not in and out of it so blockage is ruled out (he's was cystitus prone).

Vets tommorow, he just looks so depressed.

Things are looking good! The missus and I have been looking for a while to rehome two young cats. We have now found two 10 week old kittens which the owner says are inseperable, and they seem perfect :)

So, im currently knocking together our cat accessories shopping list. Any input would be appreciated!

2 x litter trays + scoop
Catsan litter
Litter tray liners
1 large cat bed or two seperate ones (will probably get one large one)
Food (going to see what they are currently fed on before deciding)
Pet friendly disinfectant spray (any input on this?)
Food and drink bowls (seperate for each or let them share?)
A couple of toys to begin with.

Anything I have missed?

I wouldn't bother with the tray liners, they just scratch through them no matter how deep the litter is!

^^ Awwwwww, they look so comfy!

(just wait until they rip that couch to shreds :p )

Thats not actually our couch, them photos were taken at the breeders. But nevertheless they havent scratched our couch yet, and love using the scratch pole! Epic win.

Indeed! Just make things even worse!

Regarding the llitter tray liners, yes you are right! 24 hours later and I now have two destroyed liners :D

Ill just start using newspaper from now on.

Couldnt have asked for better cats tbh, they have used the litter tray straight from the word go, and slept great all through the night with no issues. Theyre not eating as much as I want them to at the moment though, hoping that will get better over the next few days.

TBH, just use a thick layer of GOOD quality cat litter and change it completely about twice a week. When you change it, give the litter tray a good wash out. etc.

Put newspaper under it and about 1ft around it, maybe just to catch litter that gets walked out of the tray, and/or mucky paws.

How is Murray doing LOAM?

Crikey should have updated, as usual with the little monster as we approached vet time he was getting better by the hour. I postponed the appointment till sat morning then we cancelled in on sat as there was nothing wrong with him. He was eating like a horse by the Friday night and running round like a loon. It must have been a bug but he's over it now.
