Show us your kitty cats

Pedigree cats tend to live 10-15 years.
Moggies (due to their genetic variation) are able to live longer...in general.

In any case, if you get 20 years out of a cat, you have done very well.

We put down a 21 year old cat a few months ago who was still able to scale the garden fence. Anyhow, I used the ~ character :)

Aw no :(, what was wrong with her/him?

My mum's cat is 18. I remember the day we got her and although I've not seen the cat in a few years, I am just dreading the day she passes away. Many memories :(.

Real name Molly but I like to call her Meowsie

Ahh :D. Just looking through this thread makes me want another feline companion even more.

Heres a couple of ours, don't have one of our old grey cat. But heres a few of our first cat and new kitten.

Henry, should be almost 18 now, about a year younger than me, not so keen on hunting birds or mice but has attacked every dog that has walked down our street for the last 18 years. Never been to the vets once, old a few battle scars:

All these were taken in the lovely weather we had last year.

One of Lola at her current 3/4 month old:

And both of them:

Lola has already had kidney failure from eating some slug pellets but has recovered.

EDIT: Not sure how to resize :/

Here's my little 10 week old 'Modern' Siamese kitten which I picked up at the weekend. He was super cheap as the Siamese breeder he came from couldn't tell who the dad was as he was from an accidental mating (she had numerous Siamese/Oriental cats). Not complaining for the price I paid, and the fact some of his siblings are show cats. :D

Very handsome! ;)

agreed, awesome looking cat.

Varies from breed to breed, but he was £450, and the general price range for BSH is £400-£600 depending on stuff like marking, breedability, showability, etc.
I got a prime ped BSH for £150 that is show worthy (probably wont though as I want him to actually have a life) my other one was £200, breeder was moving so got a deal but yeh £400 is normally the going rate.
