Show us your kitty cats

Say hello to George. We got him yesterday and he's 13 wks.

He wasn't that impressed by the hr long drive back home and looked quite unhappy when he arrived:

A few hours later after some food and he's much happier:

He's currently hiding in the utility room although he's come out a couple of times. Small steps.

He is lovely though :)

They are little awesome bundles of joy :)

But now I have one I wish I had two :p That's how it goes :D

Me and the misses both agreed that once we get are own place a cat or two (I am hopping two) is on the list

I just sent her this thread so I imagine she will be looking threw them all while on the way to work !

Turned on the log burner the other night as it was a bit chilly. Got the house to around a comfortable 30°C ish and the two kittens fell fast asleep soaking up the heat:

Get two. We got two, it is the only way! (although now we have two, I want three :D )

30 Degrees Celcius?

My cats and I struggle to handle temperatures of 25C. 30C would come into the range of "hottest day of the year". In the UK, people get taken ill due to heat exhaustion when we reach these sorts of temps.

Furthermore, on hot days, when temperatures inside cars can reach 30C+, people are advised not to leave their dogs inside those cars.

Are you sure its 30C?

I can't believe it.. my cat which I haven't seen in over 4 months has tonight suddenly appeared outside meowing out of no where!

No idea where he has been, I doubt he was lost. My feeling are that some neighbour has kept him in. He is quite skinny but in good condition overall.

I'm happy for you man. :)

Grrr, Bella has completely gone off her food, just after I've put in a bulk order.

Refuses to eat anything, makes that burying gesture around her bowl, and mows at me non-stop for something to eat.

Currently on Felix Doubly Delicious - I've tried her on just about everything zooplus sell and she's rejected all of it.

I'm at the point now where if she doesn't eat something there's nothing more I can do... she'll just have to starve :( Oddly she's started drinking water, which she never used to do.

But being the odd cat she is, she won't drink clean tap water from her bowl... oh no. She'll only drink filthy water from the bird bath outside.

I swear, she's trolling me.
