Bin the speakers. Or the cat.
Could try wrapping it in tin foil as cats don't really like it, but I'm not sure if that would effect the sound in any way.

I think mine and the missus's cat have finally bonded. I went upstairs last night to find them on our bed licking each other then curling up together, I've never seen them do anything like that before. Maybe getting a dog has made them closer!
