Yep definitely adopt one who's already an indoor cat or get a kitten
Mine was indoors in a relatively small flat for a couple of years and she was just fine - made sure I played with her lots, she was always very content. She's outdoors now I've moved and is just as happy

Great! I've made an appointment at a local adoption centre to go see a two year old tortoiseshell girl who has been a house cat all her life. Cuddles and attention are a given, I quite prefer cats to humans for companionship!

Bin the speakers. Or the cat. 
Could try wrapping it in tin foil as cats don't really like it, but I'm not sure if that would effect the sound in any way.

Not true. My cats all go nuts for screwed up foil.
Buy thicker cable!
I'll buy a couple of foot and put the cat in the trunking, then that will protect everything.

I'm guessing it's something to do with the weather? He's only being doing it since it got warmer.

That is the body language our one cat uses when he is submissive and 'begging'.
We call it Gangnam Style, as he often has his front paws crossed like he is riding a horse
(Plus it helps to keep them cool)

I think mine and the missus's cat have finally bonded. I went upstairs last night to find them on our bed licking each other then curling up together, I've never seen them do anything like that before. Maybe getting a dog has made them closer!

relief isnt it, i remember getting hugo and floyd home when they were kittens and floyd was so unsocialised he was hissing at everyone. was so happy when we came home and they're were snuggled up asleep
