All part of the fun that, his first vet visit. Vet says can i call him Ghandi, I say "Don't get ahead of yourself, you have only just met."... Mrs of course tried to talk me out of it but he was a ghandi from the second we met.

I just had exactly the same thing with my two. Any kittens crying and they invade my desk looking for kittens!! :D:D:D
 


Gandhi and Daisy looking rather happy with their choice of seat as close to me as possible.

Hahaha! I feel like an evil genius.

So the kittens keep escaping the kitchen, where they're being quarantined until today. They're off to the vets at 3pm for flea treatment now they're healthy again and have gained weight :)

This morning I opened the kitchen door and it was pitch black, I felt them by my feet. Tried my best to keep them in. Shut the door and turned on the light to see only Calvin staring up at me!

Opened the door to see Hobbes on the other side a bit blinded by the light so I grabbed him quickly and brought him back in.

Ninja kitties!

Oh also we put up new curtains in the kitchen. Which the kittens seem to think they're invisible when they're behind (they're transparentish) and its hilarious watching their confusion when we show them where they are.

So I came into the living room to find this last night..

The stupid cat sat there for about 30mins just looking out. Later on I moved the bag and Dex found it again..

He looks very comfortable there :D

So Calvin & Hobbes just got back from the vets with good news.

When they first went for the initial check over 11 days ago Calvin weighed 550g and Hobbes 600g. They now weigh 700g & 800g :) - So both gaining weight steadily. Impressive for Calvin especially as he had stomach issues with diarrhea when we first got him. Hobbes is averaging on 20 grams a day :eek:

Vet checked their gums etc and apart from the fleas he says they're both happy healthy cheeky pain in the arse kittens :D - he was satisfied enough to give them their first vaccination and give them a flea treatment. He said tomorrow they should be free to interact with fabrics etc :)

They're going back in 1 month for the 2nd vaccination and another flea treatment just in case. Will keep an eye on them and check them regularly anyway. Oh and they have their passports now :)

Very happy overall :D

Love it when wee furrys get the nod to just be kittens with none of the health stuff to be concerned about :)

Yep! Today was the first day we opened the kitchen door and didn't try to stop them from escaping :D They're discovering the whole apartment now.

Just started to read this thread from the start again - A load of pictures are gone and some of the PC's are bit ancient but it was started in 2009.

A lot of forum names I haven't come across either.

keep the pictures coming :D
