My beautiful maine **** sandy that sadly today had to be put to sleep due to being poisoned with antifreeze . Im feeling utterly devastated:(

Poisoned with antifreeze?!

That's awful. There has been some psychos round here in this area of Surrey hunting cats down and removing paws and tails. Its thought that they have killed hundreds so far.

These people need to be put down:mad:
 
Yes antifreeze it taste sweet to a cat like syrup . My cat never went more than 20 yards from my house as she was basicaly an indoor cat but someone left a trap and 3 cats in my street have died . How can someone do his to such a beautiful creature ?

oh mate, that's horrific! I feel for you, lost a few cats growing up and it's horrible. Hope you have decent neighbours who could assist with catching the piece of scum who did this :(
 
I do have good neighbours i live in a decent area all private housing . Someone is just plain evil and they better prey i never find out who they are .

to be fair it could have just been a leaking car radiator.

if it genuinely is a case of deliberate poisoning then involve the police.
 
Would need to be a significant leak to pool enough antifreeze to kill a cat. Pinhole leaks would dry out before drips can build up!

I am going to put it down to those irrational quiet normal looking sorts that have some deep hatred for feline kind. I find it odd that some of the cruellest people seem so normal on the surface. Like that lady who binned a someone elses friendly cat on bin day.

Ah christ mate, sorry to hear that :(

Ah I hate reading about that sort of thing. Horrible human barstewards to do that to an animal.... :(
