Show us your kitty cats

I'm a bit concerned about that facial expression!

Better?

I can't be certain; I don't know a huge amount about it, but he does have some form of certificate or documentation for both the mother and her brother and he did admit to paying quite some money for them but always refused to tell me how much.

Having a quick google for images it does seem that their 'bengalness' is more dilute than most of the F2 pictures; I'd figure they aren't really F2 but like I said I don't know much about it :)

Here's a few of the mother and brother when he got them;

Either way they're pretty cool cats and they have an awesome temperament. The black kittens in particular are pretty awesome, I've not seen a black cat with bengal markings before. I shall have one!

they look really cute and seem like good cats

They get old so quick! Our Oliver is a big cat now but still has a slight baby face about him.

What sort of food do you guys use? My Mrs wants to get the cats better quality food, higher meat percentage? Looking at whiskas it is around 4% meat, fancy tesco stuff was 60% with liver on top of that too. Is it proven to be better?

Prompted by Oliver being sick and diarrhoea for too long a few weeks ago, he's not been sick again but diarrhoea and a hard tummy again.

Vet gave us something to stop the diarrhoea, something to line the stomach and royal canin GI stuff that is easier to digest.

Poppy also seems constipated and swollen tummy, probably down to eating two mice whole :(

Using as a treat dinner: Hilife which is available through Tesco and Morrisons, usually stocking up when they are on offer at £3 rather than £4 (don't bother with the poultry one as that's not any better than the average supermarket thing according to the descriptions).

Just been sent a promotional price for Forthglade through zooplus and having a look to see if they are even better (their breakdown does look better and their dog food is well reviewed).

We tried our cats on Carney - got high content of meat in it - They woofed it down so bought boxes of it -

Guess what - one day they just turned their noses up at it - got box full just sitting round - they now eat sheba but lick all sauce off it first then leave meat so feed it to them again later and they reluctantly eat it.

Finicky little blighters

They both love some of my raw Sirlion steak (before I cook it ) but not buying them steak

Toby often joins me to watch TV of an evening

This is of course the best way to watch TV.

Speaking of which, Calvin & Hobbes kept me company yesterday while I was recovering from a crazy trip back to the UK and watched TV with me.

And they were REALLY into Fargo

When there was lots of shooting and violence on screen Hobbes was standing on the edge of the laptop and was infatuated with it...maybe I should be worried about this?

Anyway, after a busy day of sleeping on the bed and watching TV with me. They were exhausted, and needed to rest on the sofa with us.

Picked Oliver up at the vets tonight, settled back in nicely.

Thankfully they think it's just a dietary problem and we're trying some GI food for a few weeks to see if it gets any better.
