Much like I had with my last cat George. He would literally be on my lap within seconds, the moment I sat down, without fail

I'm pretty sure the breeder found another home for him. He was a cracking little lad and we do think about what could have been. We were very sad about the whole thing for a while

This is Lollipop (named by my two year old daughter), we’ve had her since July, and is 6 months old now.

And this is Lollipop’s brother, Pepper. He’s the MILs cat.

She’s wonderful with both kids, my son is autistic and I’m pretty confident that Lollipop “knows” he’s different. She’s so patient with him.

Feels bad man, Fernley was clearly after dreamies so I dug them out and shook them, he comes running but then it turns out there was only 1 left and naturally this was my fault and he kept pawing the bag and chirping etc. Sorry cat!

Has anyone else's Christmas tree taking a battering so far this year?

I find my cats crawling all over the presents and knocking off all the ball balls\treats\tinsel etc.

tell me about it, happens every year.

This year we have 2 cats so there is even more devastation going on.

They either assault it from the bottom or they have taken to sitting on the table so they are higher up the tree and bat stuff off it with their paws!

I am sitting here just waiting for 1 of them to lunge at the tree and taking the whole thing down with them lol

Ours hasn’t touched it. Pulled the tinsel off the bay window ledge, but the trees (yes, plural ) have remained unmolested. She does however like to sleep under the tree as the base cover is furry!

Edit: Oh, and she’s eating the Christmas cards.

How old is yours?

I think older cats may not be too fussed but mine are still kittens (8 months old) and they feel the need to play with everything.

I sometimes put down old boxes as they seem to enjoy sitting\hiding in them or biting\chewing the boxes.
