Doesn't feel as fast as the Megane, partly as it isn't turbo'd. It probably isn't a hell of a lot slower in a straight line
Feels more fun to through around back roads than the Megane, but that is probably because the Megane was just too competent.

Got it at 2 years old last August, decided we wanted something cheaper, and I have never really been completely happy with the Megane, don't know what it was about it.
