It was the Mini GP. Not a bog standard mini lol.

Haven't replaced it. Sold and then moved house last year... Very tempted to get another one.

I knew it was the GP, but or some reason I thought they'd put rear seats in the R56 as I knew the R53 only had front seats.

They're fantastic little cars, did you use it just as a weekend car?

Yeah weekend car only. At the time work was only a 30 min walk away so it only came out of the garage on days off and weekends.

Went on loads of drives, attended a number of PH Sunday Services and had a few brown trouser moments. Best car I've owned to date.

Here's my latest addition. I've wanted a TVR since I was a kid. She's a 1994 TVR Griffith 500. 5.0l Rover V8, ~1100kg, 5 speed manual gearbox and a limited slip diff. Pure, back to basics motoring. Traction control, air conditioning, electronic damping, ABS and power steering are all things it doesn't have.

Liking it Adz. :cool::cool:

30 minute walk? Madness. Would love a GP(2) one day, but their price puts them against some stiff opposition, even now.
