I'm jealous that Fox and Housey got the good weather. I only found out when I got home that one of those pictures I took is very close to Snowdon....would have been able to see the peak if it wasn't for the low cloud.

Still, roads made up for it :D

I have been up Snowdon 4 times and it's always like that unless it's the height of summer and you don't want to be out then because everyone else will.

Some great roads around there, but the west coast of Scotland north of Glasgow is where it's at for me.

I love Kei vans @Oranjeboom, should be interesting with a bike engine!

Little sensor beside the side repeater :D

Ahhh, I've never realised that!

It's a 535?! Nice - you realise by removing the chrome from the door handles you've made it look like a 520d? Only the 4 pot diesels come without the chrome as standard :D

Well that's just great, haha! Unfortunately that's how the car came, wonder how much it would cost to change them?

I can echo what ChrisD says about the car. Just sublime in every respect (even if mine looks like a 4 pot :().

This will be mine on Saturday haha.

It can't all be about tuned Volvos and old Mercs, (I have juct picked up another Volvo 850 mind you) sometimes you need 550cc's of awesomeness to have a giggle.

Bike engine in the future I feel, given it does around 58 mph downhill.

Excellent!

If not bike, then a 1500 Alfa boxer and gearbox?

Gave it a polish up a while back. Now on 105k miles. Not sure I like my new wheel colour. Looked different in the shop. Need to really get it machine polished (great excuse to get a DAS and practice). Love the ole girl but I think she'll be off in 2018, she could probably do with a suspension refresh (and a caliper refurb before you all start) but I can't be bothered to spend so much if I'm going to get rid at the end of the year.

Oh it's ace, but it shouldn't be because really it's a cheap crappy pickup, but be clear it's ace and I like it......just shouldn't.

Also I don't have a Golf!!!

It's a TT

Had this a few weeks now :)

2013 F10 520d M sport auto
Spec :
Azurite black - Amazing when clean and the sun is out
Oyster leather
Auto (wow) with paddle shift
Pro Nav
Xenons
LED fog lights
Harman Kardon surround
Reverse camera
Heated seats
Connect drive + Real time traffic + concierge + apps

Absolutely frigging love it. My 75 mile round trip commute is actually enjoyable now!
Special mention to that gearbox thought, it's so smooth and effortless and actually does a good job of hiding the fact it's only a 2 litre diesel engine.

Oh, I know!

I had even worse Hijet vans before now just for a giggle.

They are awful, but funny.....and deadly, but funny.

You just can't stop smiling and laughing when you drive them because they are so pathetic.

Often true with some of the most fun cars....and vans I guess.

You look, think that's crap.

You get in and go, god this really is crap.

You drive it and go, ****, how bad is this heap of crap.

Then you smile and laugh and end up with a "this is ace"
