Replaced the Bang & Olufsen with some custom kit (audiophile here), nothing crazy but wanted something special. Happy with it thus far, first Audi.

Genuinely haven't seen one of those before. Just an honest opinion, I think it looks a bit clumsy compared to the previous generation. Any pictures of other angles? :)

I am interested in the audio kit you fitted though? Bit of an audiophile myself. I've never bothered to invest in car audio because I never think I'll keep a car long enough for it to be worthwhile!

I have been looking for something that met my taste for a while, reading forums it seems most people prefer the traditional lines. For me it was the opposite and I really liked the look of this model. It really seems Audi has chosen quite a polarizing look this time around and honestly from what I see most people don't like the new shape. I just love it though for some random reason.

Sound wise I have been through the mill, from stupid setups like a Rockford 15" HE Punch in a Peugeot 206 with splits (15 years ago, was young and wanted to literally feel everything - sounded amazing for D&B but not much else, minor side affect was the car literally fell apart from things vibrating loose :) ).

This time I went with JL Audio 2x 8" Microsub with the built in amp (500w) - hits pretty hard, they feel like good quality 10's or average 12's. Fitted the bass control attenuator to control and it is lovely. Fitted some ZR650's in the front to clean things up, but still need to replace the kit in the back, very much a work in progress. Side note - was amazed at how far audio tech has come, I know it is a given but man it is a good time to be alive :)

Will try take some more pics from other angles, but shes super dirty at the moment :)

Got the chance to give the ST a "proper" drive at the weekend. Very impressed with it so far, totally unfussed no matter what is asked of it

I like the proportions of the car, but man dat bonnet gap. What were they thinking.

Nothing exciting here unfortunately,

Had this around 18 months and 22K Miles, partner primarily uses it mind.

Then got this back in December from my father, wouldn't run right, got quoted £1.2K for a timing chain to fix it. Ended up being a £30 sensor

After 15K miles, sorting odd jobs like headlights and alloys etc I couldn't live with 30MPG doing 25000 miles a year so swapped it for this

Not exciting but they work and are cheap.

Loving the CLK. Such a great shape, certainly one of my favourites. Personally I think it's aged quite nicely and looks like you've got yourself a really good one too. Doesnt look 15 years old! How's the drive and how does it feel?

drives lovely, nice and relaxed, but then you floor it every now and again and get a nice V6 mini roar! :)

Feels nice and...er...........tight! Feels newer than the 7 year old VRS Octavia it replaced!
