Finally collected this yesterday after ordering in Dec and the first one getting written off whilst being loaded onto the boat.

1.8 C-HR Hybrid Dynamiq, in cyan splash bi-tone, or as the guys at the dealer call it Viagra Blue :)

Moved out to Australia a few weeks ago. Thought it would be a good time in my life to own a V8. Fuel is relatively cheap out here at 72p per litre and the car in excellent condition cost me £9k.

It's a 2011 Holden Commodore SS, manual with a 6 litre V8 and an aftermarket back-box. I'm impressed with the noise it makes across the operating range, when at full chat and even when you're bumbling around shifting at 2k rpm with the windows closed.

Win! I had a friend who moved out there. I was so disappointed when he ended up in an Hyundai, rather than an old blue & yellow Ford with Interceptor or Pursuit painted on the bootlid :(

That's actually really smart looking. Quite subtle looking, considering what's under the bonnet.
Although I'd personally lose the "SS" badges off the rear doors.

OK I was thinking 20-22mpg, its not bad, but in comparison, similar driving would net 35-36mpg in the SVR and around 35mpg in the Mustang.
The Ferrari literally turns fuel into noise. :D
Yes... But that's not a great deal different to my 2L Hatchback.

And I think I know what I'd prefer :p

Thats not too bad, it is a Ferrari after all. My C63 (6.2L) gets about 27mpg on a motorway run and about 18-20 for my commute to work. Totally agree.... All worth it for the noise though!!!

Do think these look rather smart!

Thought that dealer looked familiar!

Lovely car, lovely colour. It's still on the favourites list for the E30 respray. Having a hard time choosing between it or Alpina dunkelsaphirblau. :p

Your 2L hatchback will do a damn sight more than 20 to the gallon on a motorway run. Closer to 40 than 20. :p
