Show Us Your Motors!

Hi, thank you Freakkitchen, the colour is now discontinued on the mondeo due to it not being popular enough, I've only ever seen one other on the south coast. Shame as I think it suits the mondeo better than any other Ford model.

Well bought this today. Pretty much mint condition, except the odd little stone chip. Really happy with it and will get me on my way ;)

good choice, that was quick!

how muchy?

Enough ;)

I wasn't messing about when i said i needed a new car. i already had a few cars lined up out of the 3 cars i was looking at, all with in 40 miles of me. Luckily enough i come across this one what came from a brilliant positive family.

Felt like a berk driving a plain Civic, so bought a Fiesta ST with go faster stripes, loving the logic here :D

lol, to be fair you would understand if you was in my position. It didn't feel to good going to meet social workers with clients in a old bumpy uncomfortable shed of a car what is disintegrating by the day.

Though still a awesome car and i cannot grumble as i know that civic will out live most cars with a bit of TLC to the body work. Did just over 20k in it and rid it up to 120k and only ever had to replace the original radiator. Not bad for a first car what cost me 1250. So yeah still a shed, but a awesome lil shed. Plans were to store it in my soon to be ex girlfriend brother-in-laws unit and throw a bit of money at it a but im ready for chucking her so doubt ill be able to put it in her brother-in-laws unit... So ill try sell it though i can't seem to make a good ad for it :(

agreed, thats a lovely colour.

HI, thank you, it is a real shame she has to go, however I need something smaller and after having this repaired:

It's apparently one of the rarer truck cabs with the curved rear 3/4 windows, a lot apparently had flat glass and squared off corners on them. I don't know enough about them to confirm that though.

Bit of history of it.. It was a series 3 test mule that is actually sat on a S2A chassis that got put into the MOD as a general base truck, thus it isn't a lightweight. Was only in MOD for 3 and a bit years as it is registered as a 1972.

2.25 litre petrol which drinks like a darts player. £40 a year to insure, free to tax. All in all a cheap hoot. Chassis and bulkhead are rock solid too, which is quite rare for the age. 65k miles from new, and 'unrestored' bodywork.

Looks very tidy :)

Land Rovers are SO cheap to insure :D My Dads Series I is £75 a year, and my '71 Range Rover is £600 for me on my own at 21 with 0NB  :D

Perfect first cars.... or something.... :p

Mine has "unrestored" bodywork too:
