Jaguar XF 2011 - Interior photos as requested from a few pages back. :)

With daytime running lights on.

And considering this is the new 2.2 and it is the base model XF, you get so much for your money and I honestly believe it would be a better buy than a F10 520d. ;)

I really like that, it looks a LOT better with the facelift.

I wonder how it would fare against the E-Class saloon, that's the only one of these sort of cars I've driven (an E350 CDI). I really like those too.

Better I would have thought, though I've only been the coupe version.

A work colleague of my dad's just got a new car himself (albeit through the company car scheme) and he's paying £24k or something a Peugeot 508. It really is amazing what an extra £6k can get you. :)

EDIT: tbh I don't even know why Fox has automatically written the XF and any Jaguar off without even going into a dealer. The BMW fanboy. :p ;)

I do like the lights on the new one and think the J shaped driving lights are great. Does it look a lot better? not sure I'd go that far thou. The body kit on the new 3.0 DS is pretty good as well, saw an Azurite Blue one at the dealer about 3 weeks ago. Waiting for them to get the 3.0 D S Portfolio demo in so I can have a proper play. Want to try out the 1200w B&W Stereo in the XF as its incredibly good in the XJ and the 440w in mine isn't exactly bad.

When I bought my XF I tried it against the E Coupe and Saloon, preferred the Jag against both and I was looking at the 350CDI on them. Interior is vastly better in the Jag, even pre-facelift, the engine is more powerful and it looks better (at least against the saloon, but is closer with the Coupe).

I disagree about the interior and looks, I'm not sure about the performance as I haven't driven one but I'd rather have a larger engine if presented with the choice. A 2.2 for example in these sort of cars seems a bit small :(

I agree with the engine, that why I have the 3.0 and was try against 3.0+ in all the models. If I had to have a smaller engine for taxes purposes then yeah I'd get the 2.2 or 2.0 but as its my money buying this its getting the most powerful engine I can get in the range...

I totally agree with jinxy. Much prefer Jag interior over E class/C class any day of the week. Thats just me though, and I've been the new E class coupe (neighbour has one) and while I love the looks from the outside, I find the interior a bit of a let down. Not that its bad, just that it could have been so much better. :p

EDIT: I see what you meant about the dials now jinxy. ;)

From a little meet/convoy today: :)

I have nothing against the XF at all and think it's an absolutely excellent car, and the best Jaguar have ever made

I'd definitely swap my Ferrari 360 for a cheap old Mini if I had one. I mean, wouldn't you?

Get a grip Sir!
