Still looking for the right Aerotop dude.

http://www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C559536# What you thinking Speed and everyone else, the owner is only about 45mins drive away, the car looks well looked after, despite the alloys, but ad states original alloys are there, also the ad is slightly lacking in info.

I've left a message so just waiting for a response.

I'm thinking £4000 is a reasonable offer aswell.

£4300 is a lot for an auto na supra even if it is aero top. It's the worst colour too, not from a taste/preference point of view just simply for age. The red fades terribly.

I'll wait for a response and see if I can go view it, I know its an old car for a start so work is gonna be required so i'll be prepared for that.

In the future i'm looking at a TT6 swap, But so far that's the best Aerotop I've seen in a while, not tarted up (Sorry Speed) but a nice stock car besides the god awful wheels, and its low miles and says its been garaged most of the time.

If you want mr Gravy I can ask a member I know who is also from Wales (im not sure which part), maybe you can both view it together. He has a red aero top twin turbo and knows a fair few things. As for the price yes it is expensive but I believe the price is going up on supra's according to the owners club.

In the ad he states new glass head lights, the picture shows facelifts which are plastics. Facelifts are £600 new from dealers and glass headlights are just over half the price.

I see. So this is yours now? How does it compare to the M235i?

Its obviously much bigger and heavier than the M235i so not as chuckable, but then its a GT so not really that surprising. The engine is brilliant, even thou it doesn't have the rev range of the petrol it more than makes up for it by having so much torque and it still revs quite happily, having 300+ BHP doesn't exactly hurt its performance.

The ride on this is better than the M235i with adaptive suspension and none run flat tyres, which given its on passive and 20" run flats is quite surprising.

The seats are fantastically comfy, even thou they are the sport seats and not the comfort option ones. They don't have the side bolster adjustment that the M235i did but to be honest I'm not missing it.

The interior is a really nice place to be, the multifunction dash and HUD are great and the Harmon kardon system in this makes the 2's sound a bit rubbish to be honest.

You can tell this is a car from much much further up the range and given what it is I'm paying not a massive amount more for it. So all in all I'm happy, just need it to be detailed and protected on Wednesday...
