It might look cool but it's not much fun working in data centres, the novelty soon wears off. I spend most of my working week in DC's in London and they can be cold, noisy and lonely places.
Saying that I am due to visit The Bunker sometime soon and I am looking forward to that.

EDS are based just outside of Reading too...so is prudential although I doubt they'd need that much infrastructure.

Speaking of datacentres in Berkshire, there's www.dedipower.com in Reading and www.bluesquaredata.com in Maidenhead where we have a private suite. All 3 have vastly, vastly more equipment than Spoon's pathetic display

Most of our hosting including offsite spam filtering, web, app, DR etc...

We're only a small company (10 employees, 300 clients) but I think its a pretty reasonable setup.
