Spacegrass, I have the exact same monitor as you and it always looks very dull and washed out - what do you mean when you say you added digital vibrancy to it?

Its a setting my nvidia 7600gt has, you go to the colour correction menu in the toolbar and theres a slider for digital vibrancy, I just add a little touch - blacks are blacker, whites whiter, blues blue-r.

I'm using 3840 x 1024 but dont know the frame rate - all I know is its smooth as long as I dont have textures on full (everything else is!) - think thats a ram limitation of the 2 x 7800gtx (not overclocked yet) in SLI.

The game runs fine although I would like to try it with a 7900GTX but as I am moving that will have to wait. I am using the matrox triplehead2go, best £190 I have spent! :D Nothing beats the surround gaming, if you angle the monitors by about 15 degrees then the peripheral vision effect is awesome.

When I have finished moving then I will try a few other games and set it up properly (only had a few days to play with it but am v happy with result)

No setting, the matrox triplehead does that for you from one output. You dont notice the bars after playing it for about 30 secs cse your eyes are looking to the peripheral vision 2. If you have any other questions add them to my thread

Surround Gaming

Saves thread here becoming too busy :D :D

Ahh the memories.....
Was at this over two years ago but back then 19" TFTs were close to £500 a pop and their wasnt any "triple Head" devices available it was always a matter of AGP/PCI combinations and drivers sometimes caused difficulties.

My most impressive multiscreen experience in gaming was when at one stage i ran "Forza Motorsport" with 3x 19" TFTs for surround gaming but with a 4th 80" Projection in the background also offering a realtime tv camera replay.

Yes this was a brief setup, just as well too as it had approx £3500 worth of equipment consisting at the time 4x Xbox's 4xCopies of Forza and all the screenage, sure was fun though and a joy to watch never mind play.

Update:

Have now added my second Hyundai Imagequest B71A - Sorry about the poor image quality....my D600 just doesnt do this setup justice

3 monitors kicks ass!

Although I might get another rig for IM/Web etc and stick the Hyundai's on that and keep the Dell for gaming....who knows??? :D

The website gets filtered out. You want to go to a site called skins in Belguim, Jessica Alba on the left, couple pages in.
