I really appreciate you discussing this with me in a civilised manner and trying to make me understand the reasons behind the decision the developers took.
I guess what makes sense for a programmer might not always make sense to the consumer.
I don't mind discussing it, I do mind people coming in and saying Blah Blah Blah developers are lazy because they didn't make it multicore Blah Blah Blah, or even worse it's not been 'optimised' most people who quote that have never had to optimise anything in their life. Its not like you can click a button and suddenly its optimised and working perfectly on the near infinite different combinations of processors, motherboards, RAM, graphics cards etc.
