SimCity V (2013) - screens/artwork and information

Seeing as nobody has posted the E3 videos, i was going to do so, found them on YouTube (watched em on GT) and got this:

500 Internal Server Error

Sorry, something went wrong.

A team of highly trained monkeys has been dispatched to deal with this situation.
If you see them, show them this information:
nice :D

'Gameplay trailer'

'Multiplayer trailer'

Doesnt appear to be on YouTube at the moment, so i'll leave the GT one instead.

Think this might be one of the few full price titles i'll be buying any time soon, its been a long time coming and it looks pretty good and their developer videos have impressed me with the game mechanics, and i love the art style (i know some dont :() so im just hoping that the retail store price is a heck of a lot cheaper than what Origin is asking.

the guys in the bf3 thread have found that using a proxy and buying stuff through the indian origin site is a dam site cheaper (use at you own peril, not being held resonsible for potential account bannings and the like)

just got bf3 premium and sim city deluxe pre-order for 17 quid (1499 rupees) each

Is there anyway knowing whether the game will be in the Indian language or not?

if it helps, when i did the bf3 premium it gave me a choice of languages before buying, english included. There is no evidence of it being indian whatsoever so far.

only thing is i put my english address but set the country to india haha (england isnt an option...)

The Retail limited edition is on Amazon at £32.97 which isn't too bad. I'm going to guess that you will be able to register and download through Origin when it's released.

£17.60 or £11.70 for the basic digital limited one. Thats crazy.

Went through it all, but despite being able to use PayPal for a UK purchase, they only accept credit cards for India, and while ive got sod all to my name, im not sure i want to do that :(
I need an alternate store thats cheap and takes PayPal, i'll change my password before & after (even though it seems it wont let you reuse an old pw).

erm... the transaction still comes out of your bank account???

It does? so its not free??;)

Im familiar with the process involved in purchasing items, but when ive got £19 (thought it was about £10) in my bank account, and over £1k in PayPal, i wouldnt be able to purchase it because im not going overdrawn and paying whatever the extortionate fee would be for that, to save a few quid.
Also, i can change a paypal password so anyone checking logs couldnt access my finances, i cant change my credit card that easy.

As it is, i had the money, and i also dropped the proxy before entering any card details. It does ask what country your in, im in Manchester, India. Payment is showing in my online banking, transaction went through and origin shows it too.

Also, FWIW, BF3 Premium is double the price now, its £32/2699 rupees.

Thanks for posting that btw thingemajib

If I buy a boxed copy will I still be needing to use Origin? I definitely won't be getting it if that's the case. I doubt any software could make me use Origin.

A couple of reasons really, Always online connection...

"being a part of a larger community" I just want to play around with my city destroy stuff and start over and not have "stats"

I want mod support, an "always online" connection with things you do in the game effecting a global game stock market is not going to allow for mods due to manipulation.
