SIMPLE meals you never get bored of

Domino's pizza with lots of meat and chicken strippers or 6 pork sausages (proper ones from a butchers) in a whole french stick... boom

obviously only on cheat days =)

beans on toast (cold beans obviously)
Chilli
Chicken stir fry with any amount of veg (which is still fresh and stir fried, not over cooked)
Pasta - of any kind with a quick homemade sauce
Lasagne - love it the day after it's made - it's more solid.

Forgot a favourite TV snack. Homemade Hummus with warm pitta bread.

Hummus is so easy to make but tastes awesome and can be flavoured any way that takes your fancy :cool:

Chilli;

Sausages, chips and beans (perhaps with egg);

Fajitas;

Fish finger sandwiches;

Baked potatoes with either tuna mayonnaise or beans and cheese.

Crisp sandwiches.

As someone mentioned before, I love Spaghetti alla Putanesca. :)

A good burger. A bit of salt and pepper in the mince (at least 20% fat), on the pan for 5 mins each side, add some bacon (cooked at the same time as the burger), cheese (place it on top of the burger after you flip it once the first 5 mins are done, then place the bacon on top of that), salad and thick cut chips, bam, awesomely simple meal that takes less than 20 mins to make.

I love food in all its varieties but I never get sick of tuna sandwiches. Not bothered about spread or butter, just tuna and bread.

Also, I never get bored of a tin of mackerel upended over a couple or three slices of wholemeal bread.

looking for something quick and healthy after finishing work and revisited a tasty classic o had neglected for a while, 2 poached eggs, soft yoke on crust less wholemeal toast seasoned with sea salt. nom nom nom
