SIMPLE meals you never get bored of

Fresh crusty bread, butter, cheese, toast to bubble, lovely.

Risotto rice, knob of butter, touch of white wine, good chicken stock, butter cooked mushrooms added 2 mins from end, finish with fried chorizo and grated parmesan. So simple but always works.

I like to make bacon, mushroom and onion spaghetti. Then chuck a lot of cheese on top. Takes 5 mins and is delicious.

My mum makes this with scrambled egg in and calls it 'Spaghetti Breakfast'. Not a bad way to start the day!

Because you've realised how much money they could have made by opening for breakfast?

:D

This thread is making me hungry. So hungry :(

Beef stew is one of my favourites. A big bowl of thick tasty stew with dumplings and boiled potatoes takes some beating.

Salmon & Pesto Pasta. Wang the salmon in a bowl of water and microwave, boil a pan of water and cook pasta, drain and mix both together when cooked stirring in some green pesto. Nice and easy!

Had another one last night, homemade Shepherds Pie. We put beans into it too, and sometimes a bit of chilli and garlic just to liven things up.

Lovely

Chicken and chips is always a nice go to food when you can't really be bothered. sausage and mash is also a hit in my house.

buritos
choritzo and pasta in a tomatoe based sauce
tuna and pasta bake
Chinese curry (Chinese curry paste) with quarn and rice
bangers, mash, onion gravy and broccoli
