So should Ferrari have left Kimi out and forced Hamilton to pass him on track, or would that have been a given? Were the positions any different from ric and ros?

Kimi was ~2 secs ahead of Lewis before Lewis' stop, the gap between Ricci and Nicola before Ricci's stop was ~5 seconds IIRC.

It's a problem if posters take it upon themselves to deliberately antagonise others. It's nothing to do with LH, the same applied with posters used to antagonise arknor for his love of MSc

Wait what? He's entitled to celebrate Rosberg winning...if people on this forum are really that precious then I suggest the problem is with them and not him. Now I haven't followed his post history so don't know if there is more to this but I didn't see anything particularly wrong with his post.

There's still a long way to go and Hamilton has recovered from a bigger gap already this season. It's not over yet.
It's not that one post - he repeatedly tries to bait Hamilton supporters in every F1 thread.
I don't mind if you don't like Hamilton; although I support him I'll be the first to admit that he's not perfect. However, it gets tiresome when the only thing he does in these threads is try to troll LH fans.

I give up with the stewards though, they're a bunch of utter morons.
How on earth was that not an unsafe release? He came within inches of hitting a mechanic solely because he was released too early and ended up racing alongside another car. Safety should be the stewards' primary concern and they failed utterly.
Also yesterday I had huge sympathy with Perez. He lifts more than Rosberg did in whatever race that was yet he gets a massive penalty and Rosberg gets squat.
Stewards have no concept of consistency nor safety, they're literally making it up as they go along.

It's nothing to do with Hamilton not winning it's TheStigGT999's baiting. The regulars on here know him to be exactly what he is, a Hamilton hater who goes out of his way to troll people into reacting to his lame comments. He does it every race, just look back through the other race threads. Unfortunately he's got his way again. If people ignored his childish baiting then maybe he would go away.
That was a extremely boring race, then again it usually is at Singapore. I had enough at lap 31 and switched off. That's twice this year I have given up on a race half way through. I haven't really done that before in the 30 odd yeas I have been watching F1. I really hope this place doesn't get it's contract extended beyond next year.

Well a so so race. Hamilton has a lot to do. The stewards fail massively again.

A very quick update from Singapore - I'll do a full write up once I get back in a couple of weeks. Good race from a spectator perspective - huge support for Ricciardo over the last few laps. Very well organised apart from the concerts. Queen absolutely rocked on Saturday night. Definitely a race that any fan should try and get to.

Are Mercedes bring any more engine updates this season. If so, surely this will massively disadvantage Hamilton and could well be the deciding factor of the seasons WDC.

What Hamilton needs is rain in a few races, well, that and a reliable car. Rosberg can't seem to handle the rain this year. Will be a close end to the season.
