Six Nations 2017 (4th February - 18 March)

What is it about scrums that means they collapse instantly virtually every time? I don't remember it being an issue years back when I watched

France are going in weak to the scrums and dropping the bind, they have been doing it all game. Wales going in early is because the ref is calling the phases differently which is why no one is getting any harsh penalties, this is more down to the ref than anything

It's not just here though is it, it's a rarity to see a properly contested scrum these days without it collapsing in seconds.

This won't finish before Ireland v England starts surely but I don't want to switch off
