It'll be the Octavia VRS due next month, just trying to be organised ahead of my weekend bike trips, I like the sound of the liner with mat on top, means the mat can stay in the usual boot part permanently and the liner can be used for total coverage when needed.

Check with your dealer - i got a boot liner for the floor of the boot, full rubber one, with rubber mats for the winter and carpet mats for the summer - all thrown in. Think they called it the "winter pack"

I always found an old duvet is good when putting my bike in a car as it can be wrapped around the bike and stop any scratching or oil marks...

It is the 1.4. It's economical 50+ on a run and the 1.4 has plenty of punch.

Lovely car to drive much nicer than my old i30 feels more solid.

Anyone here have experience of remapping a 1.2 tsi ? Seen that it can add up to 20-30 bhp and quite a nice chunk of torque but have yet to find any real world reviews.

nope the winter pack is heated front seats, heated windscreen, heated washers

the heated seats are great as is the windscreen - 45s to clear it this morning when it was completely frosted over

Yeah, I've currently got this on my Focus so it was a must for me on the new one, especially as it was -3c here this morning.

About 2 seconds to clear my front screen with a small amount of warm water. Did the whole car in less than 15 secs

I've watched as people stop 20 secs down the road as their car refreezes, whilst their partner is angry for leaving the drive like an icerink
