We've had problems with it ever since we got it. It took Sky a month to get it working (and billed us for that month 
) and we are only getting just under 5mb despite us paying for the 16mb one.
It works fine one time and then suddenly the webpages loading time increases sky high (excuse the pun) and then it won't work. This happened about half an hour ago but now it's ok again
